During Winter Elite Hotels are offering conference organisers and meeting planners the opportunity to make substantial savings on their next event.

For every 4 delegates attending either a day meeting or residential event at Elite Hotels, a 5th will go absolutely free! Meeting and events can be booked for the rest of 2009 and 2010, but to claim the 5th delegate free, the booking must be confirmed by the 31st March 2010.

Terms and Conditions

• New Business only. Contracted between December 2009 and 31st March 2010 for meetings and events until the end of December 2010.
• Minimum of 5 Delegates.

• Subject to availability. Allocation is pre-set throughout the year.
• All business subject to usual terms and conditions.
• Not available in conjunction with any other offer, pre-contracted rates or Club Elite benefits.
